The police are soliciting two crucial witnesses to step forward following a grave sexual assault in Victoria Park, Bath Street, SneintonNottingham.
The incident transpired in Victoria Park, Bath Street, at approximately 3 am this morning (Saturday).
Investigators seek to interview individuals who observed or heard anything unusual in the vicinity, with special interest in two witnesses—a man and a woman—who are thought to have seen the incident.
The victim is presently receiving assistance from officials while investigations are ongoing.
Detective Sergeant Barry Haines, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“We are working to understand what happened in the moments before, during, and after this incident and are currently pursuing a number of lines of inquiry.
“To this end, we would like to speak to two people who were in the park at the time and later spoke with the young woman involved.
“We believe they have vital information about what happened and urge them to come forward without delay.”
