Found guilty of rape of a woman on Brighton Beach in the middle of the night, a Brighton Rapist Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec was sentenced to twelve years in prison.

Early in the morning on the beach in Brighton, East Sussex, 44-year-old Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec, he shoved himself against a woman who cannot be recognised for legal reasons.

Sussex Police claimed witnesses saw the sex attack, which occurred on July 31 last year, around two in the morning.

The Beach Patrol and security members approached Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec and the woman; the victim told them she had not given permission. was, after that, taken under custody by police.

The rapist asserted he had consensual sex with the young woman and said he had chatted with her.

On Brighton Beach (seen), East Sussex, at 2 am, Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec pushed himself upon a woman who cannot be identified for legal reasons.

Officers asked him, but he did not recall her name, age, or anything else about her.

Witnesses claimed she could not consent.

Throughout the inquiry, police who were specially trained supported her.

The Rapist Builder of no fixed address but formerly of an address in Hove, Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec was convicted guilty of rape and of sexual assault by penetration at Lewes Crown Court on May 2.

He was sentenced to twelve years behind bars, and three years’ extended licence time was also enforced.

The court was informed about the July 31 event last year, which occurred around two in the morning.

Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec had taken personal pictures of the woman on his cell phone after forcing himself onto her.

Security from surrounding establishments and the Beach Patrol interrupted him.

He denied the crime, but the jury found him guilty during a January trial.

Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec, imprisoned for 12 years at Lewes Crown Court (seen), also received an extended licence period of three years.

It was disclosed at his sentencing hearing how Pogorzzelec was found guilty in 2013 of exposure to the Sexual Offences Act.

Following the case, Detective Constable Ciara Richardson said: “The victim showed incredible bravery to present evidence in the trial; our officers supported her.

‘This was a quick-moving inquiry in which we compiled video and witness accounts illustrating how Przemyslaw Pogorzzelec had targeted the young woman alone on the beach.

“We are happy a dangerous offender is now serving time for these crimes.”
