A Gamston Paedophile Michael Stockhouse has been incarcerated for sexually assaulting a young girl in the late 1990s.

Michael Stockhouse, 63, faced trial in September for previous child sexual crimes against a girl whose identity is protected for legal reasons.

In November, he was convicted and sentenced to 12 years in prison at Oxford Crown Court.

The court previously heard that the offences occurred at multiple locations, including Bicester, while the girl was under the age of 10.

Michael Stockhouse, residing on Elterwater Drive in Gamston, Nottingham, has refuted the charges, asserting that the complainant fabricated the allegations.

During the trial, a witness said: “Throughout the years, and I can’t be specific, she’s told me that Mike has sexually assaulted her in Bicester.

“All she said was that he had his hand under the duvet.

“She then said that outside of him putting his hand under the duvet and touching her that he had tried to rape her but she was able to fight him off.”
