This nonce is called Marcus Hibbert (aka Marcus Fairweather-Hibbert) of Farm Road, Birmingham, (DOB 12.05.1994) and is employed at a school in Birmingham called Rockwood Academy. Unbelievably Marcus Hibbert was employed as a safeguarding lead at the school. Recently he was in court for animal cruelty wherein he had beaten a puppy so badly it had ended up with fractures to its ribs and cheekbones. The Nonce Marcus Fairweather pled guilty top the charge in court.
Marcus Hibbert was sentenced to a lifetime ban for keeping animals, which Hibbert cannot appeal for ten years, and was also sentenced to 12 weeks custody, suspended for 12 months when he appeared before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court. He must also carry out 50 hours unpaid work and 15 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR) days.
The puppy was taken to an RSPCA animal hospital where a vet observed him to be lame on back leg, with bloodshot eyes, and a bruise to his head near his ear. X-rays showed he had suffered cheek and rib fractures.
He was also noted to have an ear infection and a skin condition.
The puppy’s blood results also showed a marked increase in Creatine kinase level which is consistent with significant muscle injury.
