Lorna Henderson believed she was in a relationship with Konrad Klecha while participating in online sexual interactions with him via WhatsApp.
A judge observed that their sexual discussions and explicit image exchanges took a “sinister turn” when Konrad Klecha solicited child abuse photographs, which Lorna Henderson provided.
The 23-year-old individual attempted to persuade her that they could orchestrate a scenario in which they could partake in a sexual act in the presence of a youngster, to which she declined.
Konrad Klecha, from Masseys View, Blaydon, confessed to possessing indecent photos of minors and two charges of attempting to organise or facilitate the perpetration of a child sexual offence.
He has received a sentence of two years and four months in prison, along with a ten-year registration on the sex offenders list and a lifelong sexual harm prevention order.
Lorna Henderson, also 23, of Whitehall Street, South Shields, admitted possessing and distributing indecent images of children.
Judge Stephen Earl sentenced Henderson to two years imprisonment, suspended for two years, with rehabilitation requirements and said she must sign the sex offenders register for a decade. She must also abide by a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.
