Jordan Pearson Dundee Rapist
Jordan Pearson Dundee Rapist

A teenage Dundee rapist, Jordan Pearson, who came tardily at home parties to prey on inebriated young girls, has been sentenced to five years in prison.

In 2019, Jordan Pearson, then 17 years old, of Gourdie Road, Dundee, was convicted of raping two 13-year-old females in Dundee.

Jordan Pearson was also convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl and engaging in unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl.

Judge Alison Stirling stated that incarceration was the “sole suitable resolution.”

She stated that the rationale for the sentence was retribution, public safety, and rehabilitation while incarcerated.

The judge stated, “Your strategy was to arrive tardily at gatherings and observe those who were youthful and inebriated.”

She stated there was minimal engagement with the young girls prior to their being escorted into a bedroom for sexual activities.

The High Court in Edinburgh was informed that Jordan Pearson, now 20, persists in denying culpability for the acts.

Defence attorney John Brannigan requested the implementation of a community-based punishment as a direct substitute for incarceration.

The judge imposed a five-year jail sentence and mandated three years of supervision post-release.

Jordan Pearson was additionally registered on the sex offenders list indefinitely.
