Jordan Clarkson paedophile baby rape sex offender Liverpool

Burtonwood Paedophile Jordan Clarkson compiled an appalling collection of hundreds of obscene pictures of children, some of which featured young infants being raped. Although the “isolated” pervert was spared an immediate jail sentence, a judge cautioned him he would not “get this chance again”.

Yesterday, Friday, Liverpool Crown Court heard that on April 4 last year, police conducted a search warrant at the 25-year-old’s house. Three iPhones that were taken from him later revealed illicit items.

Christopher Hopkins, a prosecutor, detailed how this horrible cache includes 33 movies and 266 images in category A, those displaying the most severe types of assault. In Category B, the devices also included 234 images and nine videos; in Category C, they had 402 pictures and five films.

Jordan Clarkson, of Almond Drive in Burtonwood, Warrington, had meanwhile downloaded two severe photographs, including dogs and one computer-created picture showing cruelty based on charge sheets. The phones displayed “various search terms”, including “young,” “incest,” “paedo,” and “search terms relating to bestiality type images.”

Mr Hopkins described how some of the retrieved pictures even depicted young children being raped. Jordan Clarkson said in the interview, “accepted responsibility for the images”.

Defending Carmel Wilde told the court: “The defendant does now understand that anybody viewing these photos is doing so for sexual enjoyment. He says his sex urge has been strong.

“There is less sexual intimacy. Of his own will, he has come to terms with the idea that his offending is quite worrying and requires addressing.

“Jordan Clarkson is a young man lacking past convictions. He is learning from the Lucy Faithful Foundation and realising that his want to see such disturbing images results in children being sexually abused.

“Matters were spiralling out of control. He is a carer for his mother and a pretty solitary man.

“He turned to the internet to help him cope with his despair and anxiety and found himself not in a good place at the time of these offences. It first spirals from there initially. Problems that demand attention exist here.”

Jordan Clarkson acknowledged three counts of creating obscene photographs: possession of extreme pornographic images, possession of a banned image, and possession of indecent images. Showing up in the dock sporting a black suit over a white shirt, he was spotted wiping his eyes with a tissue during the hearing before receiving a 12-month jail sentence suspended for two years.

Judge Anil Murray said in sentencing: “You have never been in trouble before, and that is most likely what has kept you from heading straight to prison today. You won’t have two chances like that.

“These pictures are unfortunate. Your search history reveals that you were seeking content similar to this and visiting websites regarding child abuse, which is quite alarming.

“I am clear-minded. You won’t have another chance like this.

Jordan Clarkson shot back: “Very clear, sir.”

Along with a 10-year sexual harm prevention order, the defendant was instructed to sign the sex offender registry for the same length of time. He will be obliged to perform 100 hours of unpaid work, a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days, a six-month mental health treatment requirement and a programme requirement.
