On Friday, November 29, 2019, a Hackney Rapist Jonathan Graden who savagely attacked and raped two women was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum period of ten years behind bars.
After contacting a 22-year-old woman on Hanbury Street in Spitalfields, Jonathan Graden, 30, of Hackney, he attacked her in a basement. DNA later linked him to a previous sex attack in 2011.
Jonathan Graden’s DNA was obtained when he was detained for the 2018 rape; hence, he was connected to a rape that happened in 2011, in which he approached a 24-year-old lady from behind on Dyers Hall Road, Leytonstone, Jonathan Graden proceeded to pull her to the ground, and then rape her.
