A Paedophile from Newport, James Sheath, charged with stalking his former spouse and disseminating abhorrent child sexual abuse videos, is scheduled to appear before a judge later this year.
James Sheath, residing on Whitepit Lane in Newport, appeared before the Isle of Wight magistrates on Tuesday, December 31.
The 39-year-old, James Sheath, faces two charges of producing indecent images of a minor in Ryde on December 1, 2022.
He is charged with uploading 20 Category A moving photos, the most egregious type, and one Category B moving image to the social networking platform Kik.
Upon hearing the specifics of certain tapes shown in court, Mr. James Sheath, who was brought in from the cells, exclaimed: “I’ve heard enough of this nonsense now.” I do not require exposure to these repugnant facts of an act I have not committed.
Oscar Vincent, representing the defendant, stated that Mr. Sheath categorically rejected the charges, and his case was postponed for a plea and trial preparation hearing at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on February 3.
Mr. James Sheath is additionally accused of, and refutes, stalking without causing fear, alarm, or distress, from December 18 to December 20 of the previous year.
Mr. James Sheath was detained in jail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 28.
