A Paedophile from Goodwick, James Roberts, has been referred to the Crown Court following his appearance at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court. He is facing allegations of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
James Roberts, a 28-year-old resident of Allt Y Carne, attended Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. During the proceedings, the initial accusation of engaging in sexual communication with a juvenile was retracted.
Furthermore, James Roberts was charged with the additional offence of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a minor between the period of 8 to 11 August 2023. James Roberts was transported to Swansea Crown Court for trial, where he was remanded on unconditional bail.
