Iain Marsh, a resident of Cardiff, has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for sexual offences against two females under the age of 13.

The 52-year-old, Iain Marsh, was convicted of 18 offences after a trial at Cardiff Crown Court in September 2024.

Iain Marsh returned to Cardiff Crown Court on Monday, October 14, for sentencing.

In court comments, both victims articulated the psychological ramifications of the abuse.

Iain Marsh was jailed for 14 years and seven years to run consecutively with an extended two years’ probation.

Restraining Orders and Sexual Harm Prevention Orders were also issued by the Judge and Iain Marsh is to remain on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely.
