Graeme Hicks, a Stanway sex offender, has been identified as the individual accused of drunkenly exposing himself and sexually assaulting a teenage girl on a bus. Graeme Hicks is charged with sexual assault and indecent exposure aboard a bus in Braintree at the end of December.

aboard Friday, December 27, shortly before 5:30 PM, Essex Police received complaints of an inebriated male aboard a bus in the vicinity of Coggeshall Road, Braintree. He was said to have been exposing himself and attacking other passengers.

A teenage girl reported being accosted and sexually abused during the incident. Furthermore, during the apprehension, law enforcement agents were attacked by a suspect.

Graeme Hicks, 32, from Stanway, has been charged with sexual assault, indecent exposure, three charges of violence against an emergency worker, and possession of cannabis.

Graeme Hicks attended Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, December 30, when he was remanded in custody until a hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, January 27.
