A Darlington Paedophile couple, Gavin Marsden & Amy Scott, who arrived at a train station to meet a “14-year-old girl” had really planned to meet vigilantes who confronted the Darlington Paedophiles.
Following discovery by a paedophile hunting squad, Gavin Marsden & Amy Scott were detained at Durham Railway Station in April 2022.
Paedophiles Gavin Marsden, 31, and Amy Scott, 32, were imprisoned after a record of abuse against young children over several years.
Durham Police looked at the pair and discovered that they possessed pictures and recordings of sexually abusing youngsters.
They also came across long chats showing Gavin Marsden & Amy Scott plotting and sharing their abuse on WhatsApp.
Gavin Marsden & Amy Scott were accused of a wide range of sexual offences, including distribution of obscene photos of children, possession of obscene images of children, and trying to engage in sexual activity with a minor.
Both of Darlington, Gavin Marsden & Amy Scott entered a guilty plea to the charges and showed up on July 21, Teesside Crown Court.
Gavin Marsden got a 22-year extended jail term, with sixteen years spent there under six years on extended liberty.
Amy Scott also received a 15-year sentence, including four years on extended license and 11 years in prison.
