A Letchworth Paedophile Gavin Elley, an individual with a sexual attraction to children from Letchworth has been given a prison sentence of four years following a conviction for two acts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
Gavin Elley attended Hendon Magistrates Court today (September 4 2024) and was subsequently registered as a sex offender. Additionally, he was issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
Gavin Elley was found guilty of two child sexual crimes after a four-day trial in June (2024). Gavin Elley was apprehended in 2022 while awaiting a meeting with a 13-year-old girl in the car park at Cockfosters tube station.
Gavin Elley was convicted on two charges – one for participating in explicit communication with a minor and another for attempting to organise or enable the commission of a sexual offence involving a child.
