Gabriel Phoenix Ferryhill paedophile

Gabriel Phoenix, a convicted paedophile, was apprehended during a paedophile hunter operation and discovered to possess almost 14,000 “grotesque” obscene photographs of minors on his computer.

Gabriel Phoenix, residing on Renny Street in Ferryhill, County Durham, scheduled a meeting with an individual he believed to be a 15-year-old kid from the gay dating app Grindr; however, upon arrival, he was confronted by vigilantes who had created a fictitious profile.

The court determined that Gabriel Phoenix was not charged with any offences related to sexual grooming, as there was no indication of such behaviour during the online debate.

However, the ensuing police inquiry uncovered a substantial collection of child abuse movies and photographs stored on his computer over a six-year span, with some involving infants as young as three months old.

Gabriel Phoenix, 38, who confessed to three charges of possessing indecent photos and one charge of possessing an extreme pornography image involving a child and an animal, has received a suspended prison sentence.
