A Middlewich Sex Offender David Baden Kemp, who sexually abused a disabled lady on a train, has been summoned back to court for violating the conditions of the sex offenders register.
David Baden Kemp, residing at Manor Fields, neglected to adhere to the legal notification requirements mandating his registration in the official registry.
The 60-year-old was sentenced for the offence at Crewe Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 7.
David Baden Kemp was initially incarcerated for six months on September 7, 2016, for sexually abusing a disabled woman on a train near Sandbach.
The Guardian previously reported that David Baden Kemp and his victim boarded the same train at Sandbach Station on June 12, 2015.
He subsequently approached the victim in an unoccupied carriage and requested that she shift so he could sit beside her.
Upon her refusal, he attempted to initiate a dialogue with her. Once more, she declined.
David Baden Kemp subsequently knelt before her and commenced gliding his hand along her leg.
She promptly notified the train guard, and David Baden Kemp was apprehended by British Transport Police at the subsequent station.
David Baden Kemp received a six-month prison sentence for this offence and was registered for six years, which will expire in September 2022.
Crewe Magistrates Court has imposed a fine of £120 for his failure to sign in.
He is required to pay 85 in court fees and a 34 victim surcharge.
His admission of guilt was considered.
