Southampton Paedophile Damian Andre Martin has been indicted for the rape of a 13-year-old girl in Southampton.
The victim was assaulted overnight between Boxing Day and Friday, December 27th, at a location in the St Mary’s vicinity.
Damian Andre Martin, residing on Millbrook Road West, has been charged with rape, sexual assault, two counts of assault by penetration, assault by beating, and the unlawful taking of a child to prevent access by a person with legal custody.
The 48-year-old, Damian Andre Martin, is scheduled to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, December 31st.
A second individual, a 50-year-old from Southampton, has been apprehended on allegations of rape and subsequently released on conditional police bail.
The girl is presently receiving assistance from specialised officials.
