A Banff paedophile foster carer, Alastair Legge, convicted of indecently molesting two girls over 20 years ago has evaded incarceration.

Alastair Legge, 52, of Durn Road, Portsoy, Banff, Banffshire, was found guilty after a trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court of two charges of sexually abusing the girls at a location in Macduff and within a vehicle during travels throughout the region.
